I admire and care about my colleagues immensely, and I'm so proud of our ongoing efforts to help contribute to and enrich our larger cinema culture and community. The tangible camaraderie we have is fueled by mutual care and respect, and for me this is a fundamental quality underlying our devotion to our jobs. We do amazing work individually and together, and unionizing will ensure an equitable level of support and consideration that acknowledges our talent, experience, and dedication.
